What is the interview process?

The interview process will vary from role to role. Selection methods can include a formal panel interview, presentation, relevant skills test, and discussions with staff and students. All teachers will be asked to complete a micro teach.

At what point do you take up references?

References are usually taken up once you have been invited for interview. We generally like to have at least one reference returned for all candidates attending interview. If you do not wish for us to contact any of your referees please indicate this on your application form.

How do you shortlist job applications?

All personal details and equality information is removed from the application form. Applications are then reviewed and shortlisted by a minimum of two people who score the applications against the person specification for the role. We aim to shortlist within a week of the closing date of the vacancy in most cases.
