To find out more about Adult Learning at Barton Peveril, please come along to one of our Information Evenings, taking place in the Learning Resource Centre at the College.
Tutors and support staff will be on hand to offer advice and guidance on the wide range of courses available and the qualifications you can gain.
Barton Peveril College welcomes adult students and offers an extensive range of courses, both part-time and full-time.

Classes take place both on and off-site in your local area. You can study during the daytime, in the evenings, or at the Saturday Taster days.
Courses are designed to meet your individual study aims and provide high quality tuition in modern and well-equipped environments.
A variety of subject areas is offered including: training & development, computing & IT, arts & crafts, languages, special interest and general education.
Many courses lead to a qualification including GCSEs, AS/A2 levels, NCFE and NVQ vocational awards.
In addition to the courses we offer a wide range of work-based learning and activities in the community.
Essential Skills
Whether you would like to improve your literacy, numeracy or English skills, the Essential Skills department at Barton Peveril offers a wide range of courses to help you, many of which are free of charge.
All of our courses help you work towards a national qualification, but at your own pace and only when you are ready.
