Start Date:  Monday 31st July – Wednesday 23rd August

Course Time: Monday & Wednesday (4.30pm – 5.30pm)

Monday sessions will focus on boxing and will have no physical contact just a great all over body workout using focus pads. A mixture of 3 minute rounds consisting of boxing combinations, fantastic Abs, lower body routines and mind blowing cardio drills to help you reach your goals.  Wednesday sessions will give you an all over body workout based around a variety of strength and conditioning circuit training activities.

 Who is this course for?

Boxing for Fitness is intended for anybody who would like to improve their fitness levels this summer!  No previous experience necessary – just enthusiasm.

What will I need?

Please wear your regular workout clothes and trainers.  All boxing equipment is provided for you.

How many sessions are included?

This course will provide you with 2 intense sessions per week over a 4 week training period.

Please note that the college reserves the right to amalgamate groups, change or cancel courses dependent on the number of students enrolled.
